Hi, I’m Naami.

 

Welcome. Please make yourself comfortable and allow me to share how I ended up on this path.  

 

My Journey

 

I'm very happy, healthy and fulfilled now but that hasn't always been the case. I have a history of being very self-critical and of not caring for myself. Following years of bouts of depression, waves of grief, and moments when everything seemed to fall apart, I found joy, healing and peace of mind through regular meditation and time in nature.

 

It's no exaggeration to say my meditation practice and spending time outdoors has saved me time and time again. These practices became my anchors, helping me build a life I love after being unhappy for a long time.

Over the last seven years, I've trained to share the practices that have helped me with others. It's a pleasure and an honour to connect with people all over the world and share love, hope and care.

 

What I Offer

 

I share my gifts through a blend of offerings, including:

- Guided meditations via the Insight Timer app

- Individual and small group meditation sessions
- Mindful walks in beautiful places
- Rejuvenating retreats to reconnect with yourself

 

Qualifications

I am a certified meditation teacher and holistic therapist with a bachelor's degree in nutrition and a master's degree in psychology. I'm also a trained hike leader currently studying for an advanced lowland leadership qualification. 

My Style

 

Think of it as a chat with a good friend who happens to know a thing or two about finding calm in the chaos. No pretence, no fuss - just practical, down-to-earth guidance to help you navigate life's ups and downs.

Whether we're sitting in quiet meditation or rambling through the countryside, my goal is to help you:

- Quiet that inner chatterbox
- Find your calm, even when life gets stormy
- Experience more joy
